Overview

Seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and sales-driven Full-Time Sales Managers to represent our luxury jewelry brand in freestanding stores located in select Walmart locations. As a key brand representative, you will be responsible for driving in-store sales, engaging customers, educating guests on our products, and delivering an elevated brand experience. This role includes securing and managing high-value merchandise, overseeing visual presentation, opening and closing responsibilities, and maintaining Allure’s standards of excellence in customer experience. 

This is a one-year, in-store assignment with potential for growth and long-term placement. 


Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that aligns with the client's brand values 
• Proactively drive sales through customer engagement and consultative selling techniques 
• Educate Walmart guests on product features, benefits, and brand story 
• Maintain secure inventory handling and accurate product accountability 
• Oversee visual merchandising of product displays according to brand guidelines 
• Ensure product presentation is neat, organized, and visually compelling 
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures with a focus on operational security 
• Build strong relationships with Walmart store management and staff 
• Act as the in-store point of contact for brand updates, feedback, and performance reporting 


Experience and Benefits

• 2+ years of experience in high-level retail sales, luxury sales, or brand ambassadorship, key holder/management experience a plus 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer trust and loyalty 
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment 
• Self-starter with a professional demeanor and high attention to detail 
• Visual merchandising experience preferred; ability to follow planograms and maintain display standards 
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy – especially with high-value inventory 
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods 
• Tech-savvy – ability to operate a mobile reporting app and communicate effectively via digital tools 
• Full-time availability, including weekends as needed
